Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with our products. However, due to safety reasons, we are no longer accepting returns for unused, unopened products as we need to ensure the products have not been tampered with. We are incredibly sorry for this and we hope to have a more generous return policy back in place at a future date. Also unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for products that are used for hygiene purposes.
If there are any damages / shortages / incorrect product placement, please do contact us within 2 days of receipt at sales@ndanaka.com with your order number, full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents. We will help you to process an exchange or refund for the item. Please take note we are not able to refund the delivery cost.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned back to Ndanaka due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or the customer not collecting from their postal office, a re-delivery cost will be charged. The costs will follow the prices above. Customers will be contacted via email should a package be returned to us.
If you provide us with the incorrect name/address details which results in the parcel being lost or stuck in customs we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for this which may result in you having to place a new order with additional costs, therefore, we highly recommend you double check your details before submitting your order to us. Please notify us of any missing parcels within 60 days in order for us to take further action. If we are not notified within this time frame, 60 days of any missing parcel it will be assumed to be delivered with no further pending issues.
FAQ
If a product purchased is defective, Buyer shall contact NDANAKA Online Customer via email at sales@ndanaka.com, within 2 days of receipt. In order to process its request, Buyer shall provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, NDANAKA does not accept any returns
Please note: This section only applies to products purchased on the E-Store. Products purchased on the E-Store cannot be returned to a NDANAKA distributor.
