This is an easy way to keep track on when you will be doing which step and how often. For example, masking and exfoliating can be done twice a week. You could use a targeted product like an AHA or retinol twice a week etc. This makes your routine visual and easy to remember when you use what. You can also insert the days. For example, if you are exfoliating 3 times a week, write down those days so that you don’t forget. You can also add the product you are currently using. Print this out and put it on your wall. Consistency is key.
